Star Wars Episodio I: La amenaza fantasma 3D ★★1/2✩✩ Anakin Skywalker (Lloyd) es un pequeño niño esclavo de nueve años que vive con su madre en el planeta Tatooine. Un accidente provoca un encuentro con Qui-Gon (Neeson) y su joven aprendiz de Jedi, Obi-Wan Kenobi (McGregor). Qui-Gon pronto detecta en el niño las capacidades para convertirse en el líder elegido que necesitan los Jedis, de modo que compra su libertad para entrenarlo y llevarlo hacia el lado del bien. George Lucas retomó su clásica épica con esta cinta de 1999 luego de haber terminado, muchos años atrás, la trilogía que lo hizo famoso. Las cintas han sido sucesos comerciales, aunque entre los fanáticos empedernidos han tenido diferentes niveles de éxito.
